Strawberry period, desire to use them in the most varied recipes. Today we offer you a delicious and fragrant strawberry jelly to offer at the end of the meal in place of fruit.
Ingredients
400 g. of strawberries;

40 g. of corn starch;

130ml. of water;

2 tablespoons of sugar;

1 lemon.

Preparation
Wash the strawberries under running water and cut them into cubes. Place them in the blender and add the sugar and lemon zest. Blend everything well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Pour everything into a saucepan and in the meantime, dissolve the cornstarch in the water in a bowl. Once you have melted it well, add it to the strawberry mixture, turn the heat on low and stir continuously with a wooden spoon, bringing everything to the boil.

When the mixture boils, turn off the heat and divide it into four aluminum molds. Place the molds to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. After this time, the mixture will have solidified and is ready to be enjoyed. Using scissors, make a small cut on the aluminum mold and open it slightly. Be very careful in this operation or your frost will flake irremediably.

Place it on a plate and decorate it with lemon zest and a few strawberries.
