A bite of soft brioche and a spoonful of fresh, grainy and juicy mulberry granita….PARADISE!!!
Ingredients:
Water: 200ml
Sugar: 100 gr
Black mulberries: 500 gr
Glucose: 500 gr
Lemon: 1
Preparation:
Prepare a syrup of water, sugar and glucose, put them in a saucepan and simmer them for 5 minutes. In the meantime, blend the mulberries in the blender with the lemon juice. Mix the mulberry puree with the cooled syrup and stir. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer, stir often for a couple of hours and then serve.
Tips: Serve with whipped cream and a brioche!
One of the best granitas in the world is undoubtedly the black mulberry granita… there is only one contraindication… it ends immediately because it is irresistible!!!!
