The preparation is really simple; with the help of the ice cream maker, the result is not only guaranteed but also very fast.
Ingredients:
250 g of strawberries to clean
150 g of fresh milk p.s.
150 g of fresh cream
100 g of sugar
Preparation:
Wash and clean the strawberries carefully, cut them into pieces directly into the beaker and add the sugar.
Then add the milk and cream and blend everything with the immersion blender until the sugar mixture becomes smooth.
When the mixture is ready, turn on the ice cream maker and pour in the mixture to mix for about 30-40 minutes.
If you want, garnish the ice cream with a puree of fresh strawberries and whipped cream and serve.
